Reese slept at 9.30pm and did not wake up at all for night feed! Praise the Lord!! :)
Well, now is only 5.10am. I am can't sleep, I am not used to the new routine... hahaha.. The past few nights I kept waking up around 11/12 plus am and then by 5am I am awake again. I think I am just anxious whether Reese will wake up or not. :)

oh yayyyy reese!!!
i've been guilty of not visiting your blog in the past week or so due to life's demands, so i am very amazed that reese has managed to get over his night feeds in one week! ;) good boy, reese!
we did the same with gib too when i weaned him off breastmilk at 14 months. he didnt want formula at night because he was used to breastmilk, so i just gave him water and after a week he was fine.
BabyBooned,
I am still not convinced that he is done with night feeding... I will monitor another week first... but because no night feed... he wakes up really early... 6am... pengsan I tell you...sleeps late and then wakes up early...
Give it another few more days .... but I am glad that at least, he didn't wakes up on the 6th night :) I will bookmark your page too coz I can foreseen my little Angel will go through the phase real soon too ......
Keep us update ya :)
Hahaha... welcome to my world!
I have been called "the Mom who never sleeps" by some of my friends.
:D
MommyAngel,
Thanks... even though I am not declaring victory yet... deep down in my heart... I knew my boy did it.. and I am very proud of him! And I must say... the past 6 nights really not that difficult! So when it's your time to do the same.... just be confident and don't give in! :)
Moomykin,
Me handling one already a headache...you handling 3....gosh! Salute you lady..
You are all very good mum....
I trained my girls since they are a few months old... when they fussed at night... i gave them water and pacifier... they would fuss and cried a few times.. but i think they are just looking for comfort.... water and pacifier do the trick.... :) Spending whole day for them is enough, night time is for me time and hubby time.. hehe... my night time starts from 11pm, sometimes 12...
I also just trained my 8 month old kiddo to sleep through. I gave him pacifier and water too for about 5 days and he's off. But lately he's not feeling well so its back to sleepless night for me again. Give reese A few more days he should get use to it.
Linda,
I still have no life...hahaha
Sasha,
wah... 8 months can train? me no heart to let my boy cryleh... but now..really cannot tahan any more!
sounds like how gib was when we took him off the pacifier a few months back. the "cravings" lasted a few weeks but i think we always give our kids too little credit. they definitely will get over their "addictions" in less time than an adult can :p even though it's not 100% victory yet, i think ure well on your way ;) glad to hear his fever is no more. get well soon reese!
