Remember a few posts back I was hoping that my son will say "I love you mummy" without me prompting?
He is doing it now. All the time but with motives!
He will say "Mummy! I love you!" when:
He knew he is in trouble.
He wanted to do something which I rarely allow.
He just wanted to see my reaction.
Once in a while when he genuinely wanted to say it to me. :)
Whatever the reasons.... I am thankful and hope he will continue to give me kisses and hugs and sweet words till the day I die.
