We had lunch at Pavilion yesterday and went window shopping after that. At their centre court we were surprised to see thousands of balloons decorated the place and right in the middle was a giant floating balloon! Then we saw kids taking rides on the balloon. Reese was soooooo excited (he is crazy over balloons and hot air balloons)
In order to take a ride on the giant balloon, we have a few options. Buy above Rm200 from any shops in Pavilion or buy above RM50 from any stalls at the centre court will get you a free giant balloon ride .
Reese was contemplating whether he wants to go up or not... after 15 or 20 minutes later... he told us he wanted to go.... so we went and bought some stuff and redeemed the token. They weighted him (21.8kgs). Max weight was 30kgs. He was so happy and excited....but the moment he saw that he needed to wear the safety gears.... he tried to chicken out... mummy had to convinced him to stay put and after some tussle... he was seated below the balloon.. still wanted to get out but evil mummy managed to tricked him and they quickly fasten the hooks and stuff... ready to take off... didn't give Reese enough time to think...and off he went! After the second bounce... he began to smile and then made a big fuss and refuse to get down! :) The rest of the afternoon... he talked about his experience on the balloon ride and even dreamt about it. The balloon ride is on till 15th June!
